Aloo..here there's some tips i want to share for best weight loss.

  • use music as motivation
  • set firm goals every time you excercise to make more challenging
  • have a small entree its mean eating a small soup before a meal
  • up the protein include like chicken and nuts in mealsto keeps you full
  • stay hydrated with drinks a lots of water
  • trick your body into excersice..
