Lailatul Qadr - when is it? In general, it is agreed that it is most likely to be in the last ten nights of Ramadan, with the odd nights being more likely. Of the odd nights, the night of the 27th (which is the night before the 27th of Ramadan, for the Islamic day starts with nightfall) is most likely. Imam Shafi`i said that it is most likely to be the 21st, then the 23rd, then the 27th
Night of 21st is - 20.09.2008
Night of 23rd is - 22.09.2008
Night of 27th is - 26.09.2008
Night of 21st is - 20.09.2008
Night of 23rd is - 22.09.2008

So as a muslim, please try to take a chance by doing the 'ibadah' to Allah S.W.T. and always prays to Him hope we can find Malam Lailatul Qadar. May Allah bless us always and being a good servant to Allah so that Him will forgive the sins that we've done in the past.
Dr M:Tony Blair is war criminal
Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad wants former British premier Tony Blair out of Malaysia.
"I am disgusted that Tony Blair has been invited to Malaysia. This man, to me, is a war criminal. Through instigating the war in Iraq, he has killed more than (former Bosnian Serb leader) Radovan Karadzic and Saddam Hussein,"Saddam has been hanged, Karadzic was recently arrested but this man goes around the world, lecturing on the rule of law," he said, referring to Blair's lecture today on "Rule of Law and Good Governance" as the 22nd Sultan Azlan Shah Law Lecture, an annual event of Universiti Malaya since 1986.

PM:Tansition plan a done deal
The June 2010 transition plan for Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to hand over to Datuk Seri Najib Razak was agreed upon to put an end to political uncertainty after the March 8 general election.
The prime minister and Umno president said the plan, which was endorsed by Umno, was accepted by the cabinet and embraced by Barisan Nasional leaders following the emergence of issues that could create political instability and unpredictability."Umno was restless and uneasy and everyone knew about this. So, it was only right that a decision be made to put an end to all of this."I was upset that Abdullah Ahmad Badawi need to resign just for the sake of the people.Abdullah said the people wanted the government to concentrate fully on development and not about the politicial issue that never ended.

Breath right
Try tend to suck the air in and then hold on to it,instead of breathing smoothly to take a 'dynamic' breath in.To do so we need to engage the intercostals, the muscles that pull the ribs up and out.Inhaling like this can result in up to 30% more air entering the body. Then we have to drive the breath out. It's not about saving the breath, its about getting it out of the body powerfully and smoothly, and we use the abs to do so. We don't drive the air out of the body as well if our abs aren't in good shape. We need 3 daily excercises to anyone wanting to improve their breathing technique. We need raise our arms high above head and swing them downwards bending the knees.Straighten the knees again ,swinging the arms up above the head.Breathe out as we go down and in as you swing up. With downward swing,we're completely pumping all the breath out of our lungs, using the abs. With upward swing, you're opening the rib cage, using the intercostals
